Terry is the founder of the organization since its inception, a native of Jacksonville Fl. Terry was a territory manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco company for nine years. Responsible for selling and maintaining a 4/million yr. territory in central New Jersey.

Terry worked twenty-two years as an operational auditor for NJ Transit corporation.
