Terry is the founder of the organization since its inception, a native of Jacksonville Fl.
Terry was a territory manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco company for nine years. Responsible for selling and maintaining a 4/million yr. territory in central New Jersey.
Terry worked twenty-two years as an operational auditor for NJ Transit corporation. Developed audit reports outlining any irregularities and recommended improvements on compliance issues.
Terry served on the Bloomfield College EOF advisory board.
Terry holds a B.A. degree in business administration from Bloomfield College, Bloomfield, NJ.
Terry is married to his lovely wife Andrea and they both resides in Parlin, NJ with their west highland terrier Jazman.

Ambassador Program
You’re All That Inc., (Kids You’re All That!®) announced on May 4th, 2020 that Monay Williams has been appointed to the organization’s Ambassador Program.
Ms. Williams comes with a wealth of experience in the healthcare field.
She holds degrees from both University Pennsylvania Schools of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner and remains currently in her full-time practice.
Ms. Williams has worked in the Camden, NJ and Philadelphia areas in various positions (including education and Management) for over 35 years providing care for people’s medical and wellbeing needs.
- A member of several professional organizations
- A valued consultant undergraduate nursing students. A consultant who mentors new-to- practice RNs and CRNPs
- She holds other accolades and awards for her outstanding achievements
Monay Williams’ motto is “I just have deep pockets of love, compassion commitment, and healthcare abilities” She deeply feels it is her privilege and life purpose to identify, address, and manage one’s healthcare needs, for she has no end date time stamp!

You’re All That Inc., Is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization primary focus on helping underserved kids in remedial math and reading skills. We have taken our story into a three (3) pronged approach and expanded our services to New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
